The room we had included an air conditioning, an individual safe, and an electronic key card. Its location very close to the river was great and fab. The personnel was accommodating and friendly multilingual.

when i am in bayonne, i like staying here. the location is marvellous and brilliant and they have parking outside. the hotel has a great restaurant with excellent meals.

Its location in Bayonne was absolutely perfect, next to all the bars, shops, restaurants, the centre of Bayonne and all the bars, shops, restaurants, and the bridge.

Everything was perfect with lovely modern and beautifully designed rooms. Its location not very far from Chateau-Vieux was fantastic.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. the location was perfect, being close to the train station and all the attractions. I could easily explore everything this city has to offer without any hassle. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. From room service to housekeeping, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Moreover, the hotel amenities were top-notch, with features such as a fitness center, sauna, and a cozy lounge area where I could relax and enjoy a drink.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location was brilliant - ease of access to Musee Bonnat-Helleu Art Museum. This hotel was in a nice area so close to the most interesting areas and all the bars, shops, restaurants. There were tea/coffee making equipment, a multi-channel television, and a writing table in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. There was a bath, a plus for me;))

We stayed here during the Christmas holidays and it was an amazing experience. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We were given complimentary water bottles daily and there was always someone available to help us with anything we needed. The location was perfect, right near lots of car parks and close to everything. We enjoyed the spacious and trendy room with its large wetroom. We especially liked the mood lighting which created a cozy atmosphere.

Although our overall experience was great, there were a few things that could be improved. The gym was small and lacked equipment.
